the cottage

The Gîte du Val du Pâtre was formerly the part of the estate used to accommodate seasonal vineyard workers. It was built in the 18th century using traditional materials such as cob and wood. It adjoins our house, a former winegrowing farm dating from the mid-17th century.
the rooms
With a surface area of 150 m², our gîte has a capacity of 13 beds spread over 2 floors . It is equipped with living spaces including a fitted kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms , and 2 bathrooms. A laundry room is available on request.
Guests can enjoy the property's central courtyard and barbecue area. For celebrations, the 50 m² wine cellar can be reserved for your private use (upon request).
It is perfect for hosting families, groups of friends, or other groups for any occasion: weekends, holidays, seminars, sports courses, gourmet stays, etc.

A functional bathroom is located on each level. Pets are welcome (supplement 5 euros / day / pet). Cats can be kept in the cattery attached to the cottage.

On the Alsace Wine Route, nestled between the Vosges Mountains and the mysterious Bollenberg hill, Orschwihr is a pretty village steeped in history located between Colmar and Mulhouse. The gîte's location is ideal for visiting Alsace's various tourist attractions, enjoying the nature directly at the foot of the gîte, or discovering the Alsatian vineyards.
